Paper claims processing actual total costs are usually $6 to $10 per claim and triple that for any rejected claims. Medi-Claims charges a flat fee regardless of the claim value that is a savings of about 60% to 70% depending on your situation. For starters, most do not have the clearing house and insurance carrier partnerships we have so your claims are submitted directly to the carriers' computers for processing payments. New patient data entry. There is a significant amount of work to set up each new patient in any billing system. Medi-Claims waives this cost for our established clients.
